As a true Native to South Florida, I am blessed to have roots from the Keys to the Palm Beaches, and everything in between.  My business involvements have ranged from public accounting and financial analysis, to operating the largest mega-yacht shipyards in the world as CFO and President of those organizations.  I have an undergraduate degree (double majors in Accounting and Finance) from the University of Miami where I studied as a full-scholarship athelete playing football for the 'Canes all four years during the late 70's and early 80's.  I also hold a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), and I am underway in my further pusuit of the coveted CCIM designation as a Commercial Real Estate Broker.  The craziest thing I ever did was to crew aboard the Forbes' 152' Fedship in a 6-month expedition that took us over 3,000 miles up the Amazon River back in the late 80's.  That was the last great adventure before my bride finally said... "I guess".
